We're looking for a talented and highly motivated ColdFusion software engineer to join our team. insured.io is searching for a developer seeking a small team environment with investment in the products and services we provide.

As this position will be working heavily in ColdFusion, we are seeking an individual who is currently working with ColdFusion as their primary language in their current position or project(s). This is a remote position open to applicants eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities of this Role

• Assume primary development responsibilities for enterprise level insurance software applications running in ColdFusion

• Frequent communications with Project Manager(s) / Internal stakeholders on requested changes to ensure full understanding of the technical and business objectives

• Communicate with Clients directly on an as-needed basis to ensure full understanding of the client objectives when initiating new projects

• Provide clear and concise status of work items to the team during daily standups and status meetings

Skills & Experience Needed

• 5+ years of full stack ColdFusion development

• Solid working knowledge of MS-SQL

• Familiarity with tracking software solutions such as Azure DevOps and Jira

• Familiarity with code repos like Azure DevOps and Git

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• REST: 1 year (Preferred)

• Java: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type

• Full-time

• Pay: $130,000 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Work Location: Remote
